Is there any easy way to install a PEM format cert, rather than trying to copy it from a URL. Can you just paste it?

Further...when I try to HTTP it I get the format incorrect error.
CHELSEA#https cert test import url https://ddd
Certificate test successfully imported, size 682 bytes
Checking certificate format...
Error: the certificate is not in valid PEM format.
