Has anyone experienced a problem with the IP/TV viewer where the plug-in will stream just fine but the client viewer software will not receive streams on the same PC? If so how did you work around the problem?

You can use QuickTime player also and additionally IP/TV can stream Windows Media content over VOD, at that time WM Player's Plug-in will be used.

Check your multicast (PIM) settings and make sure the multicast is propagating into the LAN segment you are trying to use.
What kind of error is the viewer giving you?

Everything is on the same segment. I'm testing using the switch ports on a pix 501. Do you think it may be an IGMP issue?
