I am wondering if there is a way to get the CSS to log in much the same way a web server logs. That is to say, each get is logged, and if possible, where the CSS is sending the connection. I have played around with subsystem logging, but nothing seems to give this level of logging.

To date there is not option for logging that level of detail on the CSS. There are no plans on the road map to have this anytime soon as well.
