Netflow with WCCP GRE?

Is it possible to configure Netflow to capture on a WCCP GRE interface? Normally It'd just be a case of configuring the interface but when attempting to modify the GRE tunnel I hit the following:

router(config)#int Tu0
% This interface cannot be modified

Googling around doesn't seem to give me any information of value, is it possible to monitor WCCP GRE interfaces via some other method?

I am afraid I can't comment on based on WCCP, but I saw several cases, and people tried opposite, to avoid netflow for WCCP-GRE. Or some of them were using FNF instead.

Better, to route this question to Routing.

There is maybe known defect or recommendation they can provide.
