Nexus 3000 cannot ping virtual IP after interface vlan created

Hi,

I have a strange issue with nexus 3000.

I having a problem on this nexus 3000 after I create the interface Vlan ,I cannot ping the virtual ip address (i can PING physical IP).

Attached you can see the sh run+sh license usage .
