i am upgrading Nexus 5000 IOS first time. when i check upgrade impact , i am getting the upgrade is disruptive. can any body guide me what does it mean. Is it minor impact or need a switch reload.

Remove QoS & ACL config on L3 interfaces and SVIs if any
Service "stp" : Port: port-channel11 in VLAN0001 is Designated. Topology change
could occur during ISSU.
Upgrade needs to be disruptive!!!
