I'm can't login to NM-CE-BP on my 3825
Default admin/default not work (may be changed prior me)
#service-module content-Engine 1/0 session
ask me about Content Engine Console Username and Password again and again.
Is it possible to reset module to its default state with default password?
c3825#service-module content-Engine 1/0 status
Service Module is Cisco Content-Engine1/0
Service Module supports session via TTY line 66
Service Module is in Steady state
Service Module heartbeat-reset is enabled
Getting status from the Service Module, please wait..

For ACNS 5.1, you should session into the NME from the router and use the following link with instructions to reset the admin pw.
Hope that helps,
Dan

Already done, thank You.
One more question: I found that HDD have a bad sector. Whether probably to replace HDD (may be with more capacity)? And if yes, what volume should be work?

Unfortunately the NMEs do not have replaceable harddrives. The newest hardware supported for ACNS 5.5.7 would be NME-WAE-502. Check out http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/contnetw/ps5680/ps491/product_data_sheet0900aecd806c7c42.html
