Re: no flash detected on wave-574

I'm trying to reload the software using the recovery CD on one of my WAVE-574s in the LAB. I'm unable to use the recovery CD. I tried every option and I still can't load it. Any ideas? I already tried swapping out the hard drive with another one in the LAB.

No flash detected, can not write to flash.

    9. Exit (Eject and reboot)

John,

You are missing the flash device which stores the sysimg.

FLASH: not found

FLASHDEV: (null)

Try opening the device and re-seating the flash card reader and flash card, sometimes they can get knocked loose during shipping.

Otherwise, you will need to contact TAC to get an RMA processed.
