CE 570 with Software Release 2.31
Our cache engines crash every 10-12 weeks. Symptoms are slow decrease of savings last 4 weeks before crash (from 48% to 34% savings bytes) and rapid increase of CPU usage last 5 days before crash.
Any idea?
When this problems ocurrs, there are two option: explore a more stable Software release or to RMA.
