Proxy services on secondary IP interface

I've been playing with explicit proxy mode in ACNS 4.1.1 which works

fine. I'd like to be able to get the proxy services to listen on secondary

IP interfaces - it doesn't seem to do this by default as any tcp sessions

that try and talk to port 80 on the secondary IP interface get rejected.

I found bug ID CSCdw91108 and TAC can probably give you a workaround.
