Hello Rodrigo,
if you are using CSS for both LB and GSLB maybe a good approach would be to first migrate the GSLB functionality to GSS which will poll the datacenter with the CSSs, once you get this stable you could start working on the CSS to ACE migration.
The ACE integrates a tool to help with the migration of the CSS config (accessible by pointing your browser to the management interface ip address of the ACE once mgmt access config has been put in place):
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/app_ntwk_services/data_center_app_services/ace_appliances/vA3_1_0/configuration/css_to_ace/guide/cssaceug.html
but I need to warn you that is a bit rudimentary and by all means it does not replace a good study of the new platform and a well though migration plan. As the ACE supports virtualization the first step could be for you to review your existing CSS config with the objective to separate the logically/networking-wise independent services that you are offering on the CSS so that on the ACE you could implement them in separate contexts for greater manageability and isolation, then you could migrate the configurations using the tool and then performing all the needed manual refining.
Hope this helps,
Francesco
