We do not validate if the CSS works with external applications like the one you are mentioning.
The CSS works with TCP/UDP and has been designed to handle HTTP traffic.
If Oracle uses these protocols following the RFC, it should work.
If you really want confirmation, you should contact a local Cisco reseller and ask him to give you a loaner in order for you to perform your own tests before acquiring a CSS.
