Hello
We have migrated our key and cert from a SCA to a css 11503, the key and cert verifies just fine in the css but when users browse to the site we get the fooolwing warning message
"This certificate cannot be verified up to a trusted certification authority"
Any hints on how to fix this?
I tried reimporting the key and cert but it did not help. and the exact same files works in the SCA

The certificate on the css is ok, otherwise the client would not be able to connect at all.
This is probably a certificate signed by an intermediate root or sth like this.
So, you need to have this root/CA cert and attached it to the css cert so the CSS can forward to the client during ssl handshake.
Here is a link to the procedure.

If you still have issue, we will need a copy of the cert to see what you need exactly.

I had problems while deploying a SSL certificate and our tech team was not able to identify the cause to solve. This is when they came across SSL installation service provider SSL support they offered a fix and our server is up with SSL now.
