SSL License

Do i need a seperate ssl license if the ace is the initiator for ssl(back end ssl) or do i need a ssl license for front end ssl only? what about end to end, do i need a ssl license?

ACE-SSL-05K-K9 "5,000 SSL Transactions per Second License for Cisco ACE10 and Cisco ACE20"

So you buy a license for all the ssl features but you have a limit in number of transactions per sec.
