Standby GSSM

In a GSS network with a primary GSSM and a Standby GSSM, does the Standby GSSM send keep-alive messages to CRAs, as the primary GSSM does ?

I have seen that http-head keepalive do not work very well with the GSS. Technical documentation is available at:
