Urgent: server-to-VIP connection fails

VIP: 10.1.1.176

real IP1: 192.168.1.186

real IP2: 192.168.1.196

server 192.168.1.188 is unable to communicate with 10.1.1.176:80 even though it is able to communicate with 192.168.1.186:80 and 192.168.1.196:80

here's my source-group config. what am I missing?

source-group ABC-Prod

vip adddress 10.1.1.176

add service ABC-serv-1

add service ABC-serv-2

portmap number-of-ports 2048

portmap base-port 61248

active

what am I missing? this config worked until about 2 weeks ago. the only change I recall that happened since then was configuring an additional source group (which I've since deleted).

I opened a TAC case and we resolved this. the solution is simply in the group config, use "add dest servic" instead of "add service".
