Physical disk information:   disk00: Not present or not responding   disk01: Not present or not responding Mounted file systems: MOUNT POINT      TYPE      DEVICE                SIZE    INUSE      FREE USE% No RAID devices present. #sh disks tech Storage array not supported. === disk00 === disk00: Not present or not responding === disk01 === disk01: Not present or not responding Thanks in advance! Rich

Hi Rich,

Disks on this system should be hot swappable so I think you can go ahead and try a reseat without any intervention.

This is mentionned under the following link: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/app_ntwk_services/waas/waas/v431/configuration/guide/maint.html#wp1139597

It seems that both disks were lost so even if they both come back after reseating, you might need to re-install the WAAS software as the raid array would have been lost.

Regards,

Nicolas
