Logged into and got below, Can I do a hot reseat of the drive or do I have to shut down (docs say too) before reseating? Any other thoughts would be appreciated. No directory /local/local1! Logging in with home = "/". System Initialization Finished. Disk based software not installed. Some applications may not run correctly! #sh disks details Storage array not supported. Hi Rich,
Disks on this system should be hot swappable so I think you can go ahead and try a reseat without any intervention.

It seems that both disks were lost so even if they both come back after reseating, you might need to re-install the WAAS software as the raid array would have been lost.
