Hi Team,

We are facing issue with WAE device model WAE-512-K9 as not accessing through HTTP by our Customer.

As per him, there was no configuration change but getting login through telnet.

I have got two error message for this device from shared logs as below,

cfg/ad/rpc/maxclientcdm: Item Not Found. (Error 4)

cfg/cms/messaging/CdmDispatcherCount: Item Not Found. (Error 4)

Please suggest me on this WAE issue to resolve the HTTP access issue.

Also attaching here show tech for this device.

Regards,

Ashutosh

hi Ashutosh.. sorry never see your reply back then.. I hope everything work out fine for you, if any comments let me know.

I wonder if you had to replace the whole device? or if you just needed to run the recovery CD..

cheers,

Felix

Hello HCL Support,

I see the device was restarted on Mon Feb 25 11:10:42 2013 and I see the disks are not responding:

Physical disk information:

disk00: Not present or not responding

disk01: Not present or not responding

1. Try re-seating the disk inside the bay.

2. Try re-seating the disk in a different bay.

3- Reload the Unit and check the disk status  show disk detail

If you do not see any disk LEDs, you may want to open a TAC case and RMA the disk or unit.

Regards,

Felix

Hello Felix,

we have created RMA for disk and inserted new disk got from Cisco, Now we are not getting the last messages " disk not responding" but  we are still getting some other  error message's as getting last time too.

cfg/ad/rpc/maxclientcdm: Item Not Found. (Error 4)

cfg/cms/messaging/CdmDispatcherCount: Item Not Found. (Error 4)

Also attaching again show tech after replacing disk with this WAE device and suggest us we are not getting HTTP access for this device.
