Did a little more digging and found out that the hardware displayed this
Primary Power Supply Unit (Installed; No power)
Redundant Power Supply Unit (Installed; Powered
Had a tech go to the site and confirmed that the device is plugged up to both power cables. The device has one green light and one green blinking light. Tech moved blinking light to another power source and blinking light remained.
Can anyone shed any light on this for me.
