Hi Friends,
I have a requirement, where I would like to monitor the WCCP Events through the monitoring systems (Open NMS Server) we have in place. I could see from the Cisco documents that there are no direct MIB's or RFC's available. Can you please confirm this.
Also is there any other possibilities of monitoring the Cisco WCCP events?
Kindly confirm.
Thanks,

Hello Karthik,
There is no direct suport for WCCP in SNMP MiBs currently.
However, there are certain syslog messages related to WCCP, see
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/system/messages/guide/sm_cn11.html#wp684109
You can use EEM on IOS router with those syslog messages to generate SNMP traps for particular events logged (basically, "catch" syslog event within EEM script and fire SNMP trap), see
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/netmgmt/configuration/guide/nm_eem_policy_cli.html#wp1068071 and http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/iosswrel/ps6537/ps6550/prod_white_paper0900aecd803a4dad_ps6815_Products_White_Paper.html for some examples.

Thanks Amir.
Is there any specific OID value available for WCCP events?

Hello Karthik
The answer is no - as per my initial reply, the only way will to be "catch" syslog event with EEM script and trigger SNMP trap based on this.
In case you need additional guidance how to do create EEM script, you can post a question to corresponding CSC community - https://supportforums.cisco.com/community/netpro/network-infrastructure/eem
