Which GSS responds to DNS queries

We have configured two GSSs to be authoritive for a domain, Can you tell me if only the primary GSS (GSSM) responds to DNS queries or do both GSSs respond.

Or is this dependant on how the intermediate DNS server is configured ?

they both respond.

So, if a request is sent to the primary, the primary will respond.

If the dns request is sent to the other GSS, it will respond.
