Backing up & disaster recovery UC540's and UC5560's

Where can I find documentation that lines out the specific procedures for

1) backing up the CUE module automatically

2) backing up the system configurations...can you do this automatically?

3) a disaster recovery plan- box is dead...do we swap out flash cards, etc.

We have a basic understanding, but I'd like documentation of the steps for new staff members.

I know that Cisco Unity Express 7.1, included in the 8.0.x software packs, is capable of scheduled backup. Scheduled CUE backup is not configurable from CCA, but it can be used to back up the CUE module on the UC520, UC540, and UC560.
