Our customer has a problem of Blocker which has blocked the Excel File which contains macro inside there.
He doesn't enable the content filtering feature in (Mail Policies --> Incoming Mail Policies --> Content Filters (Disabled)
This is actually a Non-Delivery Report. The cause of NDR is "MS-Office file
containing VBA macros found inside of the email".
Maybe your office is blocking zip file.
Do anyone know how to fix it?
>Have you checked the mail logs for that peace of mail. Is it creating a DCID and is that DCID being closed?
What is the differenet and how to handle in both case?
A little research on the error you are receiving seems to point to that NDR being the respnose of a firewall with the ability to inspect SMTP sessions. If you do not have a Sonicwall or similar firewall appliance, please let us know and we'll see what else could be causing the NDR.
