Configuration Backup Event Error

We are getting a CPE backup error :

startup-config copy failed -- copy startup-config

         ^ % Invalid input detected at '^' marker.

Looks on the agent portal that the character at issue is the "-" in startup-config.

Device is a C3560-24PS with IOS c3560-i9-mz.122-20.SE4.bin.  Ideas?

Hi David, can you verify that you've added Enable credentials (separate from the login credentials) for this device?
