I am sorry, it appears the HTTP/HTTPS option is for access to the Firewall. You should be able to block all HTTPS traffic using an Access Rule.
This can be found at Firewall > Access Rules.
You can then add a rule that Denies all traffic from HTTPS. Let me know if you have any questions.

Hello Cristian!
Thanks for your continuous support.
Under Firewall > Access Rules, we can create different "Access Rules".
However, we have only one option (Default Outbound Policy - "Allow / Deny") for all the "Rules".
If we select "Deny", then we be unable to use the internet as none of the websites will open. Example even "http://www.cisco.com/" will not open.
I have attached two screenshots. Please find the attached screenshots and help me in blocking HTTPS websites.

Hello Cristian!
Thanks for your continuous support.
Using "Internet Access Policy" and the keyword "facebook.com" as well as the URL "https://www.facebook.com", I'm unable to block facebook.com.
However, using "Internet Access Policy", I'm able to block the websites that are not SSL enabled, example www.msn.com.
Please assist me in blocking the HTTPS websites of my choice ex: "https://www.facebook.com".
