Issues with ConnectWise Integration

ISSUE#1
Thunderbolt may not be using the same Connectwise Account Information fields
 
ISSUE #2
Our Connectwise is restricted to https. How does Thunderbolt know to connect via https?
 
ISSUE #3
Where do we enter our Connectwise site name (
https://cw.tech-serve.com ) into Thunderbolt?
 
ISSUE #4
What is the source for “Corporate ID” and “Company ID”?  “Company ID” is from the Connectwise logon. Is Corporate ID from the QuickBooks Company ID in Connectwise?
Perhaps Thunderbolt could group the logon fields together as they appear in the ConnectWise logon propmpt?

May I kindly ask you to check page 143 of the deployment guide? All the steps are documented there. We do support HTTPS.
