Portal Feedback - 6/19/10

The mobile version of the portal site should support the iPad as well. It does not seem to at this time.

When editing a device and looking for an icon, suggest to order it by name, otherwise the search is unpredictable...

Thanks for posting this feedback Marcos.

The automatic detection and redirection to the mobile portal from the regular portal when you are using an iPad isn't supported at this time. This is a fairly simple change and something we will fix very soon.

Until we post this fix there is a work around. The mobile portal should work with the iPad if you go directly to it's URL. Browse to the mobile portal address: https://m.ciscovar.com on your iPad, enter your credentials and it should work great. Please let me know of any specific issues you might experience.
