RV345 Issue with Port forwarding and Apply changes

Hi, I have two issues with this router,

First, I add the port forward rule as follow:

Enable ---External Service---- Internal Service---- Internal IP------- Interface

Yes...........RDP..........................RDP...........................192.168.1.40........WAN1

then I add two rules in Access Rules:

Priority --- Enable ----Action----Service ---Source Interface---Source---------Destination------Schedule

1................  Yes............Denied......RDP............WAN1.....................ANY......................ANY..................... ANYTIME

2................  Yes............Allowed.... RDP............WAN1.....................X.X.X.X (our-IP)....192.168.1.40...... ANYTIME

when I check if the port is open or close it shows 3389 is close but I can not connect by Remote Desktop.

The second issue is when I do some change and click on the APPLY button all connected computers to this router get the following popup message:

Connection Closed. The network connection was closed unexpectedly. 

Please advise what are the issues. Thanks

Hi all,

found the problem for the first issue, need to define Allowed rules prior to Denied rule.
