We are excited to announce our live demo of the new Legislate for Cisco Webex this Thursday. We'll show you how it works and the value it provides for governing bodies. Michael Timmeny and Jean Rosauer will join us for a fireside chat, too! Don't miss it!

About our Panelists

Michael Timmeny leads Cisco's government relations and oversees its Country Digital Acceleration program, which partners with governments to invest in their digitization strategies. He manages a global team charged with advancing issues that support Cisco's robust corporate and technology policy agenda. Michael has been with Cisco for 23 years and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly to our CEO Chuck Robbins.

He is focused on strengthening Cisco's relationship with governments around the world and driving positive results for Cisco, as well as the governments and constituencies in which it operates. Prior to joining Cisco, Michael spent 21 years on Capitol Hill in the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate.

Jean Rosauer leads growth and strategy initiatives for Cisco Webex, including Public Sector and Market Access. Jean joined Cisco from Fuel Growth Group, the marketing and strategy firm she founded to help technology CEOs and their global teams transform industries. Clients included fintech, IoT and biomedical companies, as well as collaboration company Acano, acquired by Cisco, and cyber security company iScan, acquired by Solar Winds.

Previously, Jean was the Chief Marketing Officer at video conferencing company Tandberg, which grew from underdog to over $1 billion in annual revenue during her tenure. Tandberg was subsequently acquired by Cisco, where Jean led collaboration marketing.

Jean has been responsible for over 50 launches driving $5 billion in revenue. She has been an adjunct professor at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business for almost a decade, and received her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Looking good so far! Would love to see some design guides on recommended approaches to merge on-premise and virtual participants.

I'd be very pleased if you'd reach out to me. Questions are:

1. In a hybrid meeting, where we have multiple interpreters on site (not virtual), can you support this e.g. the interpreter audio for a particular language comes from a conference audio system.

2. If needed, the video of the interpreter could be just a graphic slate as we have no camera feed of interpreters. Ideally it would be audio-only to avoid taking up screen real-estate.

3. What is the procedure to get a real demo account of this, as well as pricing?

Looks really interesting, please do get in touch! Phil
