Organizations worldwide have reexamined what it means to "work" and if remote work is a viable new normal for their employees. Working from home has long been seen as a perk at startups or innovative companies; now, however, it's essential if companies want to keep their doors open in changing times.
Businesses are shifting towards working from home most of the time, coming into the office only for special occasions or for specific reasons like onboarding and getting technology set up. When employees come into the office, organizations need to be ready, which means room planning. They can do so by implementing touchless controls for phones and devices, requiring conference room reservations, and creating safe environments for their employees.
Discussion Topics
• Implementation of a truly safe office environment (ex: the use of Webex Assistant, enforcing additional cleaning efforts)
• Efforts and actions to ensure remote workers feel just as included as those in the office
• How Control Hub is being used for booking, capacity planning, future planning, etc.
