Customer is looking for a way to automate reports in Salesforce with CUCM phone inventory. They want to track Phone models and counts by division and automatically update as configurations change in CUCM database.

It sounds like this could be approachable via the CUCM AXL SOAP API: https://developer.cisco.com/site/axl/
With AXL, application could query CUCM periodically to determine all devices configured, their model, user assignments, etc.
