Jabber Web Application SDK on Citrix xendesktop 7.6

We have customer that would like to use Jabber Web Application SDK on Citrix xendesktop 7.6 as their solution.
Their existing environment is citrix xendesktop 7.6 and Windows 8 as thin client.

I've deployed citrix xendesktop 7.6 on our lab. Then I installed Jabber Desktop version 9.7 and VXME (Virtualization Experience Media Engine) Utilities on HVD.
Also I installed VXME for thin client.
I've test jabber desktop feature and running well on citrix xendesktop with VXME.

Now, the problem is VXME not working for Jabber Web Application SDK on Citrix xendesktop 7.6.

I've installed CiscoWebCommunicator on HVD Citrix xendesktop.

When I tested the sample feature Jabber Web SDK on HVD Citrix xendesktop, the quality of sound is very low and capture video device is not detected.

What is the best solution for this case?

There is any specific VXME for Jabber Web Application SDK?

Anyone can help?

The Jabber SDK is not currently tested or supported under Citrix/Xendesktop environments, and is not integrated with VXME.  If you would like to share the scope and value of the business opportunity for an enhancement, please send us details at developer-support@cisco.com.
