No Video when the call accepted.

Hello,

I have a question the client cannot show the video when the client accepted the call. The Call details show the Termination Reason is "Timed out waiting for SDP transaction to complete". Have any idea and solution for this problem I faced ?

Can you let me know the workflow. How much time is between when the call is make, when it is accepted? Thanks.
