Is Open source Nginx v1.7+, Commercial Nginx plus and F5 are the only supported Reverse proxy? Or do we also support Reverse proxy on Apache or Weblogic servers with support for HTTPS [HTTP 1.1] and secure WebSocket [WSS]

Apache and Weblogic simply may not have been tested. They may work fine.

From the documentation, I assume you are referencing...

Reverse Proxy Server Requirements:

A reverse proxy supporting HTTPS (HTTP 1.1) and secure WebSocket (WSS) is required. Secure web socket are used for WebRTC session signalling and Expert Assist co-browse. It is recommended that either the open source Nginx v1.7+ (http://nginx.org/), commercial Nginx Plus (http://nginx.com/) or F5 Big IP Local Traffic Manager (version 10.2.4 or later).
