Hi all,
we're facing an issue with silence monitoring when the supervisor uses the Jabber SDK (in our case the plugin version is 3.1.2). The problem is due to the fact that the call is in the connected state, but there is no audio, in fact the mediaState is "NotStarted"; if we try with a deksphone, everything works correctly. We're using the softphone mode.
Any idea or suggestion?
