ASR9K Performance problem in tcp single connection

Greetings, we have 3 asr9k routers, each of them has performance issues per connection. They may have a 100G throughput, but if you do a test on a single connection downstream, it always gives you around 600mbps. There are no bundles. No logical interface is faulty and there are no Qos policies.

Check the interface speed settings: Make sure that the interface speed settings on both ends of the connection are set to the correct speed, such as 100Gbps. You can do this using the "show interface" command on the ASR9K routers.

Check the MTU settings: If the Maximum Transmission Unit (MTU) size is set incorrectly, it can cause packet fragmentation, which can result in decreased performance. Make sure that the MTU settings are set to the correct value for your network.

Check for congestion: Check for congestion on the network by running the "show interface" and "show policy-map interface" commands on the ASR9K routers. This will give you information about packet drops and other congestion-related issues.

Check for hardware limitations: It's possible that the ASR9K routers are reaching their hardware limitations when it comes to processing traffic. You can check the CPU and memory usage using the "show processes cpu" and "show processes memory" commands.

there are no policies on the interfaces. They are linking both to full duplex in 100G. average processor usage is 1%, however the license is expired. Could this be the source of the problem? And, where can I read exactly if this is the case, that this causes the limitation?

License Usage

The "A9K-24P-80GRTU-TR" license you mentioned provides support for 80G of traffic on a set of 24 ports, and the "EVAL EXPIRED" status indicates that the license was provided as an evaluation, but it has now expired. Without a valid license, the ASR9K routers may be limited in the amount of traffic they can process, and this could be causing the performance issues that you are experiencing.
