Creation of conferences with the ability control connection subscriber of the conference;
Connection of the operator to the conference with voice or signal notification of all participants about the operator connected;
The ability to return an incoming call to the operator after the connection with the network subscriber is end;
Disconnect the connection between the incoming call and the network subscriber when the operator is connected, with the ability to connect the operator with one of the subscribers;
Binding an incoming call to the operator and the ability to delegate call control to another operator;
Record the conversation between the operator and the incoming caller;
Directory of incoming callers.
Perhaps there is already software in which all these functions are realized, or most of them?
