Hi cisco team,
I have experienced this same error while upgrading from 2.3.3.7 to 2.3.5.5 version in my Lab DNAC.
As the Bug symptom shows that on second attempt the hook got applied successfully. I will hit upgrade again and then report back if the upgrade completed successfully or still seen further issues.
Please advice further.
