Android 8.0 phones asking for the Network Password during onbording and pixel 2 xl with android pie is unable to dowload profile

Hi Guys,

I am unable to connect internet through cisco network setup assistant in my samsung  galaxy s7 android version 8.0 and another pixel 2 phone with Android version 9.0 . In Samsung its prompting me to enter network password during setup. can anyone help me understand which password am I supposed to enter. and on my pixel 2 xl its returning error as " unable to download profile( are you connected to guest network ).

how can I solve these issues ? please help

I have this problem too. When my device upgraded to Android Pie, I'm no longer able to download the Certificate/s required to access our office Wi-Fi. Help!
