Team pls help with root cause and possible solution

Look at the back of the AP.  Look for the Manufacturing Date of the AP.  Is the Date of Manufacture after September 2022?

If it is, read FN - 72424 - Later Versions of Some Wi-Fi 6 Access Points Fail to Join the WLAN Controller.

The AP was manufactured October 2022, from the findings on cisco community,
the WLC needs to be upgraded to a more compatible firmware, however my fear
is that the old APs ( 2800 3700 3800) will be impacted, kindly advise on a
workaround should there be a problem with old APs connecting to the WLC.

IF there are 2700/3700, I recommend upgrading to 17.9.3.
