I'm getting below UCCX 10.5 error message when I tried to "Synchronize Directory Services"
"Cisco Desktop Administrator is locked by another user. You Cannot save any changes at this time. Wait until the other user logs out or until that users session times out (inactive for 15 mins)."
I'm still getting error message after I waited for 30 mins.
Please do let me know the workaround.
