Cisco Networking Academy Video Not Playing

I am currently doing a course on "Cisco Networking Academy' but I am not able to play the video. The play button is there but it's not clickable. Please help me out.

Try to Open in Incognito (Chrome) or Private mode (Firefox) and try...still you have the issue....

Your Instructor should be your first point of contact. They can answer your Networking Academy questions or contact the support desk for you. You can contact your instructor by using the message feature inside your course.
