Cisco SMA CPU utilization over SNMP is not clear

Hi,

There is a value we can get from the SNMP

perCentCPUUtilization.

Description states:

This measurement may or may not
reflect the overall CPU utilization of the appliance, and
may or may not be a per-process or a per-thread CPU
utilization value.

When we look at the web interface, the utilization is shown

CPU Utilization: Percentage of CPU capacity used by each monitoring service

but when SNMP, it is only 1 value. So what does it represent?
