I am working out of the CUCM 11.5.1. When I am trying to reorder keys on a device using the "Modify Button Items" button, I am being prompted with the screen as If I am programming a brand new phone, instead of the screen that gives the option of associating or disassociating keys to phone. Has anyone ever ran across this before? What you anyone suggest as a possible fix? Is there a service that I can maybe restart? I am just digging for answers at this point, the workaround is that I just delete entire phone and program from scratch but i'd rather do this the easy way. thank you in advance.
