Dear Sir,

Regarding to the bug, can you post more in detail? how to disable non-intrusive diagnostics test? what is the detail error log? Thanks!

This appears to only be informational and can happen when 
running the diagnostic loopback test. 
The suggested workaround is to disable this test, 
which can be done with the following command.

Switch#(config)#no diagnostic monitor module 1 test 4

However, there is newer released code that has the bug fixed.  
Installing the newer code (SXI4 or better) would be the more effective fix.
