Hey all,
I have a customer that is experiencing this issue. I sent him the details of this bug, however he has no idea what setting would need to updated on his ASA to resolve this timeout issue.
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks
Justin

Hey Justin, funny seeing you here, haha.
I've never ran into this issue specifically, however I know on the ASA you can set timeouts for different classes of traffic, basically matching via ACL and applying via a global or interface-specific policy.
Some notes on the method I found here - and http://www.networkoc.net/increase-tcp-timeouts-on-traffic-destinated-to-your-sql-server-cisco-asa-8-2/
Cisco official documentation - http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/asa/asa84/configuration/guide/asa_84_cli_config/conns_connlimits.html#wp1179119
Hopefully that can help point them in the right direction.
Talk to you later!
