Does anyone know if this guy has been fixed and what code supports it? This is concerning the ASA 5500 X series.

It should be fixed in 8.6(2) and later.

Just a clarification to what Phil said.

Bug CSCub46994 was filed to address a DOCUMENTATION issue.  IE: the documentation was incorrect and needed to be fixed.  The bug is Resolved, and the documentation was updated to indicate that traffic shaping is not supported on multi-processor platforms (which includes the ASA-5500-X series, which run the 8.6 train).

No code fix is associated with this bug, as it is a documentation bug, and therefore the 8.6.2 image is not relevant.
