I have the same issue with Cisco CSR Virtual XE Software Version 16.12.1a.

We are seeing similar behavior on Cisco ISR 4431 running Cisco IOS XE Software, Version 16.03.06 when connecting from the RV260P and RV345P small business routers when remote traffic selection is an IP Group.
