We are on UCCE version 12.0(1) ES68, and we are experiencing a couple of issues with Supervisors logging into CCE Web Admin.
- We've configured a list of new Supervisors who cannot login once we grant CCE permission. Error message; "Invalid username/password"
- When Supervisor box is unchecked on the Agent tab, the "Supervisor" (when configured for CCE) can log into CCE and see all CCE gadgets, and has access to all agents, PQs, attributes, etc.Cisco Bug Discussions
- One Supervisor can log in successfully in CCE, and only two gadgets are presented. That supervisor can perform changes to agents that are assigned to his assigned team. #3 is the desired approach we want #1 to model
- All Supervisors are Domain Users in AD
For #3, we did not have to add the Supervisor to any specific Cisco Security Group. The supervisor is able to just log in. For #1, we didn't add the users in the Cisco Security group, so we've tested several times by adding them to UCCEConfig, UCCESetup, as well as the ICM Instance Config and Setup security group. All attempts fail.
Has anyone had the same issues, and how did you resolve them? We are actively working with TAC over several days, and nothing is resolved.
