Has anyone found a fix for this? We are currently experiencing this issue with an agent and restarting the device and resetting Jabber does not resolve the issue. I had to replace the device for it to work but all of the PCs that we deploy for the WFH agents are imaged the same and the CSF/agent profiles are all configured the same as well.
